As monthly visitors to the laughlin area I’m disappointed in the service that the Avi is providing and hope that they get things squared away in the near future. The only saving grace to this resort was the moon shadow grill where we enjoyed a great meal thanks to the amazing service provided by Danny and Zack. The resort beach was closed for repairs which we were given notice of, Unfortunately for us, the Avi neglected to inform us that there would be workers using air tools at 8:15 every morning inside the hotel. Begrudgingly we opted to stay in the suite and tried to make the best of things. I was informed that I could be moved to a regular room but would sacrifice the jacuzzi Suite and wasn’t offered any discount for doing so. After speaking with the front desk I was informed that the room I booked was the old suite (even after stressing to the receptionist it had to be a renovated room 3 times on the phone) and that all the suites were sold out. My wife and I booked the newly renovated jacuzzi suite over the phone and on our arrival we were given an outdated suite in the South tower. Truth be told I would have written this earlier but my phone had no internet due to the shoty WiFi. So my wife and I are about to check out of the Avi resort and casino and I couldn’t wait any longer to write this review.
